Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Return

• Returns accepted only for:
  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged/defective products
• Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Change of mind is not a valid reason for return.
• Items with visible signs of use, tampering, or without original packaging are not eligible.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued after item inspection.
• Refund method: Original payment method or bank transfer.
• Refund time: 7–10 working days post-approval.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are only reimbursed for defective or wrong items.
• Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return courier charges.
